Dumbrava Duplex

Dumbrava Duplex situated in the heart of nature is a demonstration that a modern building with an innovative architecture can perfectly fit into a natural setting. From the very beginning the modern geometry of the building allowed us to create a minimalist concept embedded into modern style. Its design in tandem with the entire system is conceived in an ecological and economical manner for a comfortable and balanced living space. The project is designed for a young family that appreciates naturality and freshness. That’s why, being aware of the importance of a fresh atmosphere, we have embraced a vertical garden into décor and also green colour hues that seem to be a continuation of the exterior. The entire project is embellished with the summer kitchen in the semi-basement with the view on the terrace and the garden.
