Multifunctional hybrid complex Toro Center was designed to ensure convenience and create its own ecosystem. In this regard, the terrace plays the role of a relaxation space. We wanted to give the project a touch of naturalness and designed green areas on the terrace. The generous surface allowed us to design several lawns, accompanied by spherical decorative lighting fixtures.
Although not in invasive manner, we created several levels of vegetation. In addition to grass, we have also planted medium-sized herbaceous plants, as well as small shrubs and trees. To ensure easy sanitation of the areas, we provided a drainage system, as well as lateral isolation by means of a concrete wall. We wanted the presence of liveliness not to be limited and decided to install pots with trees and grass on the rest of the terrace surface as well.
In order to harmonize the picture, we opted for street furniture adapted to the context. Thus, the wooden benches keep their natural hue, and the rest of the items have been finished with concrete, so that they remind the colour range of the stones. The entire picture is accomplished by the view offered to the visitors thanks to the opening to the park.
