Responsibilities:
- elaboration and development of architecture projects
- coordination of projects with customers
- coordination of projects with specialists in the field up to up to the stage of drawing up technical documentation for obtaining a building permit, technical design and technological solution
- site analysis
- analysis of the existing situation
- site visits in order to analyse/coordinate any changes that may occur during the construction process
- author’s supervision
Criteria:
- knowledge of specialized software: ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Lumion and 3DSMax
- university degree in architecture
- experience of work/internship at an architectural office
- availability to work full-time
- knowledge of trends and advances in architecture
