The up-to-dateness of the created interior is one of the main stakes of our projects. Thus, embedding of classic elements into the design of premises is a challenge that we accept every time. Usually, such type of project denotes elegance and noble simplicity, as is the case with Gafencu 49 Penthouse.
To achieve this result we have carefully chosen the colour range and materials to fill the space with style. We have chosen white and beige hues for walls and ceiling. The kitchen, the dining room and the living room were zoned conventionally, so we have obtained a roomy space which, thanks to the warm colours, is also very bright. We played with materials and colour accents. While preserving the same range of reserved colours, the interior gained colouring thanks to wood flooring, brown drapes, and furniture. Noble colourful motifs are found in the sofa and chairs that offer a luxurious play of hues as they are upholstered with velvet. At the same time everything is balanced by the countertop of the kitchen and the table made of natural stone.
The same colour range is followed throughout the house. All bedrooms are dominated by white, beige and brown. The soft lines of furniture and pale-coloured textiles contribute to the creation of comfort. Roomy and bright spaces are easily transformed into intimate ones due to curtains.
We paid special attention to the bathrooms. Finished with large marble tiles, they reveal a play of fresh hues of white and grey colours. The aesthetic aspect, which is directly correlated with the classic style, was complemented by the curved lines of furniture and retained forms of sanitary ware. The image of the Renaissance painting “The Birth of Venus” was used in one of the bathrooms as a defining element of the desired noble style.
While creating the general atmosphere, we have opted for the total exclusion of decoration objects, replacing them with the decorative frames used for the aesthetic detailing of the walls.
