The living area adheres to all principles of efficient planning. The practical use of space allowed us to incorporate multiple elements into an open space. Thus, the living area, visually isolated by a cabinet, is not limited to just a simple sofa. We have provided a space for armchairs and integrated a fireplace. The rounded shapes of the furniture convey comfort, while the moldings add a touch of elegance. Thanks to the large windows, the entire living room is bathed in light. The same goes for the area that connects the kitchen and dining room, where natural stone becomes the star. This element dissolves the dominant gray tones and becomes the accent that stimulates a noble color play. We deviated from the usual formula where stone slabs are used as countertops and kitchen backsplashes. In this case, we used this material for the upper cabinet fronts as well as for the dining table, thus creating stylistic coherence.
The bedrooms faithfully follow the chromatic simplicity. Shades of gray alternate without embracing bold accents. We maintained simple lines and pristine spaces. One of the elements that adheres to the strictness of the spaces and supports their ephemerality is the flush door. These doors not only have hidden frames but also extend to the full height, avoiding additional vertical division of the walls. As with the living spaces, meticulous planning allowed us to include all necessary areas. In the master bedroom, we created a space for a vanity table, and in the child’s room, a work area for homework and more.
