An unmistakable feeling of freedom and ephemerality. The common areas of commercial buildings at Toro Center are full of light and simplicity with shadows of noble elegance. The light hues dominate the atmosphere, making it welcoming alongside with the lighting that fully supports this mission.
Created not only for aesthetic, but also functional purposes, the atrium in the mall has an exhibition platform in the centre. Recreation areas have been arranged around it. The shapes of the interior, although simple, lack categorical strictness. The straight lines have been harmoniously combined with the curves that are felt not only in the structure, but also in the furniture and décor. Far from being boring, the atrium takes on a special look due to the suspended luminaries. Having an irregular circular shape, they combine into an amalgam designed to temper the accuracy and symmetry of the premises. We used living plants inside for to add a touch of naturalness.
The leitmotif of the curved lines continues in the lobby area of the tower where the office premises are located. Having a different style than that of the mall, the reception conveys the same feeling of freedom. The empty space between the ground floor and the first floor gives the feeling of transparency. The glass façade allows light to penetrate in abundance, being supported by artificial lighting. Anthracite slate ceilings and ceramic tiles make the interior noble and up-to-date. Soft furniture has been placed in the waiting area in order to provide comfort and the entire area is also completed with plants. The lobby area having a slightly darker colour palette than the mall conveys a more business-like and strict atmosphere.
