Besides the fact that this is a project in which all the details are carefully thought out, AB Signature Penthouse is the premise where the vision and stylistics of the projects signed by the founder of AB + Partners company is concentrated.
We have chosen anthracite as the dominant colour and combined it with the texture and warm hue of wood to provide balance to the interior, as well as the feeling of privacy. The large windows bathe the house in the rays of light, ensuring comfort. The minimalist lines with classic accents make the project timeless, being meant to reveal unique sensory experiences.
Having apparently masculine allure, the interior sends forth sensuality and personality, being a reflection of the author’s individuality. As opposed to colour restraints, we integrated works of art into the project and made it emotional.
We ensured the functionality of the dwelling due to the strategic zoning. Thus, we united the living spaces into one common area, where the living room, dining room and kitchen form a single stylistic unity. Here we used some iconic design pieces that offer nobility to the premises.
The sophisticated stylistic line continues in the bedroom as well. Here we opted for ephemerality of the space and deviated from the patterns of standard planning. We did not build classic walls to isolate the dressing room and bathroom and opted for zoning them using glass. In addition to the premise designed for personal hygiene, as a continuity of the bedroom, we have installed an exclusive bathtub designed to add charm and sophistication to the premise.
Another jewel of the project is the Balinese-style terrace from which one can admire the city views in all their splendour. The recreation area includes in itself some important elements, the most impressive of which is an infinity pool. For to support slightly exotic look of the style, we have designed green spaces and integrated a Buddha statue into the terrace concept, which makes you think about meditation and Zen.
