An unusual calm, where simplicity, once again, is reinvented. This interior design project brings back rounded shapes into the spotlight. With a delicate approach, they convey the comfort, warmth, and harmony needed in a living space. We minimized the straight lines, translating the feeling of unity into curved lines.
Bathed in light, the classic open space provides a soothing and comforting environment. The highlight of this space is the furniture – a true symphony of curved lines, with volumetric ascents and subtle notes of modernism. The light colors support the ephemeral nature, yet, to avoid creating a boring background, we relied on the play of textures. Thus, here we find a virtuoso combination of the sheen and durability of natural stone slabs, the comfort of wooden details, and the warmth of textiles. All these elements embrace you and become a refuge from the everyday. At the same time, we introduced daring elements, bringing a touch of eccentric luxury to this idyll of tranquility. Among them are the lighting fixture above the kitchen island, the golden inserts in the living space, and the lush details of the cornices.
The leitmotif of curved lines continues in the bedroom. We opted for an asymmetric layout and, once again, played with textures and volume. To the right of the bed, there is a spherical suspended lighting fixture, reminiscent of a planet from a separate world that we integrated into this space. It becomes a symbol of wholeness and intimacy. At the same time, we endowed the space with a relaxation area, for mornings of slow living and indulgence.
This revival of rounded shapes, reinvented in a subtle and elegant way, becomes an oasis of tranquility. We concentrated all sensations in this apartment to serve as a place of relaxation and indulgence, a separate world integrated into everyday life.
