Intended for an escape from the daily routine of the office life, this atrium had to become a breath of fresh air. To achieve this goal, the concept was created based on the idea of an internal garden. At the same time, it was necessary to use the gap that unites the seven upper floors of the building.
In order to fully reproduce the atmosphere of fusion with nature, we have designed several oases with green plants in a common premise. The most expressive of them has become a central element, which serves as a point of interest and a good reason for creating new interpersonal relationships. To complete the feeling of naturalness, a wooden bench was designed around it, becoming the connection between the fragility of the plants and the sober atmosphere in which this internal garden was created. At the same time, several small green areas were dispersed in different areas of the atrium. Alongside with the living green plants stones take their place as an element of sustainability.
And because plants served as the main elements of the arrangement the entire story of the interior design project was correlated with the naturalness that they convey. We opted for neutral and light hues that support the generosity of the space and give it ephemerality. Intended for relaxation, the premise conveys a comfortable atmosphere. We gave up the sobriety and strict geometry present on the interior walls of the floors and relied on the delicacy of wavy lines. The soft furniture borrows from the liveliness of the oases, but with an accentuated touch of calmness. The floor borrows from the grey hue of the stones demonstrating a fluent play of curves.
We designed a lighting fixture that faithfully follows the motif of ephemerality and offers luxury for to get advantage of the vertical space.
