This project is quite impressive by the scale. The surface of the land lot is generous enough to allow us to expand horizontally, so we have a planning in a single level. The delimitation of the zones takes place not only at the level of planimetry, but also at the volumetric level. Thus, we can observe a geometric play of heights. The “U” -shaped building surrounds the terrace. In addition to the residential building, we designed a garden-house and a gym with sauna. The entire complex has a park area inside, inspired by Japanese gardens.
Aesthetically, we relied on minimalism. We have hidden the complexity of the project with strict lines and right angles. We can also note the rigour of the geometric forms, which is not unbalanced by any even the smallest element. By designing panoramic windows on the interior sides we have provided the house with a lot of transparency. In addition to providing plenty of light, they also offer a wonderful view towards the lake. We opted for such materials as stone and wood and created a contemporary look of simplicity
