Architecture creates and dictates lifestyles, with its help we can influence our own lifestyle or, as in the case of the project below, can create an entourage in the broadest sense of the word.
Located near Bucharest, 26 houses are meant to combine all the elements into a small ecosystem. The ensemble consists of row, coupled and isolated houses. Different types of constructions contribute to the formation of a non-homogeneous community, but with similar values, being united by a common stylistic thread. All the buildings have been designed and drawn in minimalist lines. Houses built using a similar approach form a coherent ensemble contributing to the harmonious cohabitation of residents.
As usual, we created a play of geometric forms focused on rectangular ones. Due to the large windows, glass railings, as well as open spaces on terraces and parking lots the houses gain an ephemeral and transparent appearance. Choosing facades painted in light colours, we also opted for accent elements made of such materials as concrete-steel, brick, decorative plaster, cladding from wood and bond-type composite material.
Having no fences houses come together in a common concept that expresses a modern way of life.
