We love succinct lines and contemporary architecture, but still there are things that fall into the “out of time” category. Exquisite House was designed namely for this category – the house that reminds you of modernist origins. The clear and well-defined shape, but also absence of details remind of the style that was so popular in the last century. We have modernized the aesthetics, keeping its elitist look.
The façade represents a harmonious combination of two types of stone, creating a play between the polished surface of the limestone and the rough relief of the natural one. The simplicity of lines is also supported by the large minimalist windows.
We offered the structure a geometric continuity, designing the garage, the house and the terrace in a unitary line in order to get a large exterior space.
As concerns the dimension of functionality, as well as sustainability, we paid special attention to the drainage system. Our goal was to collect rainwater for reuse. Thus, we designed an underground water storage and filtration system that supplies the house with water. The lack of a sewage system for the used waste water conditioned the design of a purification system for this, also for the purpose of reuse.
Thus, we combined modern aesthetics with contemporary technologies for an up-to-date result and a lifestyle that corresponds to the times.
