As a true creative artwork, the architectural project below presents several plans that accomplish each other. All elements blend harmoniously, offering an eloquent picture of contemporary architecture that ensures comfort and laconic aesthetics.
Having an opening to the south and light, the concept is based on privacy. The building was designed so as to preserve its individual features. Behind the house we designed a barbecue area where we built a wall for the entire height. It has not only the function of an area for cooking, but also functions as a screen that ensures restricted visibility from the outside. For the same purpose a wall was designed on the opening side of the house. Due to it, we limit the visual access from the neighbourhood. At the same time, large windows provide enough light to ensure comfort. The windows of the bathrooms and those of the stairs were designed on the northern side of the house.
The entire space was divided into three levels. The basement was reserved for the garage and the technical and relaxation premises. The day area is located on the ground floor. The first floor is reserved for bedrooms and study. In the yard we have planned several terraces, barbecue area, swimming pool and a recreation area. To ensure a connection between the front and backyard areas of the house, we designed the living room area with harmonious doors on the ground floor. When they open, the areas become united into a common space.
At the aesthetic level, the project represents a totality of strict lines that are united in a complex geometry. The play of volumes gives to the house depth, and the sobriety of the shapes gives to it a simple and noble air. The atmosphere is also supported by the finishing. The façade is a combination of hues of white and anthracite colours and the warm texture of the wood. The slats give it verticality and the building is subtly highlighted horizontally by the LED lights. The building gains ephemerality due to the large windows, but also to the glass railings.
