Being an expression of complex rigours, this individual architecture project continues the trend of contemporary aesthetic simplicity. We created the concept being inspired by the accuracy of forms of contemporary Spanish architecture. At the same time, we added new elements that ensure the functionality and individuality of the house.
Each of the three levels of the house has its own destination. The functional division was emphasized by isolating the entrances to the basement and ground floor. However, we made sure that we had coherence between them, so we designed here an empty space isolated by glass. Thanks to the penetration of natural light, it allows the arrangement of a small garden, which would give liveliness to the premise and outline a close connection between the levels.
We relied on the idea of creating an irregular geometry, and this also gave us an aesthetic advantage. Thus the main entrance seems to be carved into the structure of the building, being integrated into it by means of an angle. Due to the wide windows, we ensured the light flow penetration into the house and at the same time preserved privacy.
The upper floor was designed applying complex volumetry. Designed in two wings, which separate the matrimonial area from the rest of the premises, they were joined by means of a hall covered with glass. The irregular landscape of the land lot allowed us to create a large terrace. And all the elements together create an ephemeral and contemporary construction.
