Bungalow in Germany – the aesthetics of pure minimalism

Year: 2020

Area: 220 sqm

Location: Stuttgart, Germany

Team: Alexandrin Buraga, Marco Ballerini, Sergiu Sim, Alexandra Șveț

Interior Design Concept: AB + Partners

The house presented below is part of the Laconic Townhouse Complex project. The project is the result of the partnership with arnold + partner architekten and is located near the German city of Stuttgart.

From a stylistic and aesthetic point of view, the bungalow was created in accordance with the rest of the buildings that make up the complex. It has succinct lines, regular shapes and neutral colour range. Due to the fact that it has its own yard, the house offers maximum privacy. Notwithstanding the fact that it is limited to one level, it has all the necessary premises. The large windows allow abundant natural lighting to penetrate inside, and alongside with it a spacious terrace has been arranged. The minimalist lines have been ennobled with wooden awnings, which give warmth to the entourage respecting the strictness of the architecture.
