Edge Residence – architectural design that reinterprets straight lines

Edge Residence is a project dedicated exclusively to premium class residential spaces, offering privacy. We created this block taking into account all the needs of the dwellers. Thus, a large lobby area has been designed on the ground floor. It gives the building a modern look and creates a calm and comfortable atmosphere due to the natural light. We also paid attention to parking lots, providing space for cars outside, but also arranging an underground car parking.

The comfort obviously requires an aesthetic package. To achieve this goal, we created a volumetric play of straight lines. We like to impress by simplicity, so because of this we have decided to reinvent it. Strict exterior lines were even more emphasized by the finishes: glass and faux wood panels. We detached ourselves from the classic form of the residential blocks and we did not hesitate to manipulate with the exterior side with the help of balconies, which offered us enough space for creativity. Thanks to them, the façade acquired dynamics, the angles and the edges became the leitmotiv of the project. Large windows and glass handrails in combination with wood texture give the building an ephemeral look. The list of innovative tricks also includes the LEDs integrated into the façade, which once again underline the geometry of the construction and serve as small accents on each level.
