Each architectural project represents an illustration of a vision. Each form reflects a potential image of the future. In the case of this residential complex in Bucharest, we focused on functionality.
While creating this block, we gave up classic rectangular shape and opted for a play of geometric forms, which we turned into the leitmotif of the project. This approach allowed us to design the blocks in such a way as to create retreats, providing dynamics to the entire ensemble, which also contributed to balancing the sunshine flow in certain areas.
A specific feature of the project is the above-ground parking lot. We have reserved the first level for this purpose, thus ensuring enough space for cars without resorting to the creation of the underground floor. In addition to convenience and economy, this solution also offers ephemerality to the complex.
We have created a minimalist architecture where succinct lines are far from being boring. On the white facade we arranged balconies with glass railings that become relief and aesthetic accents. Large windows continue the geometric play of the balconies, which ends with a secluded floor.
